Due to the nature of the product, no returns or exchanges are accepted. Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee per listing or order. Once the item is accepted by the shipping partner, The Blooming Agate is not responsible for the shipping time frame. All shipments are insured for the customer and companies' well-being.
